Police seek second man after Manhattan attack
Police are searching for another person in their investigation into an attack that killed eight people in Manhattan on Tuesday.
They have released a photograph of Mukhammadzoir Kadirov and urged members of the public with any information about him to contact the FBI.
Like Sayfullo Saipov, the suspected perpetrator of the attack, Mr Kadirov is a national of Uzbekistan.
He is described as a male with black hair and brown eyes.
His date of birth is listed as 5 November 1984, making him nearly 33 years old.
Police did not add any further details about why they were seeking to speak with Mr Kadirov, but asked anyone with information about him to contact the FBI tipline, or the nearest American embassy or consulate.
