Odakyu Electric Railway releases Hakone Kamakura Pass for foreign visitors to Japan

Odakyu Electric Railway Co has started selling Hakone Kamakura Pass — a new discount excursion ticket exclusively available to foreign visitors to Japan. It is very economical excursion ticket that can help foreign visitors begin traveling from Shinjuku, Odakyu’s terminal station in Tokyo, and fully enjoy visiting popular tourist spots near Tokyo such as Hakone, where one can enjoy nature and hot springs from season to season at the foot of Mt Fuji, and Enoshima-Kamakura, a seaside tourist destination where one can feel nature and history, among other attractive features.

A single Hakone Kamakura Pass allows tourists to freely ride and get off trains on all Odakyu lines linking Shinjuku with those areas, as well as eight kinds of transportation in the Hakone area and on Enoshima Electric Railway Co (Enoden) lines. By showing the pass, one can receive complimentary services at about 70 facilities such as restaurants and art museums mainly in the Hakone area and the Enoshima-Kamakura area. The pass, valid for three days, is 6,500 yen for an adult and 2,250 yen per child between 6 and 11 years old.
