Stoneman Douglas Survivors Invited To Announce NFL Draft

The state of Florida is still recovering from a mass shooting carried out against the students and faculty of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.

Seventeen people were killed in the Parkland massacre. But instead of uniting our country after the tragedy, gun protests, marches and internet feuds broke out after the shooting.

ESPN is reporting that the Dolphins have extended an invitation to several survivors of the Stoneman Douglas shooting to reveal the teams picks for the 2018 draft this month. Eighteen high school seniors have signed on to announce the picks, as well as the surviving family of the Parkland football coach, Aaron Feis, who was killed while shielding other high school students from bullets. The students will announce the Dolphins picks in rounds 4-7.
