A student allegedly made up claims of sexual harassment against a music professor who was then fired over the allegations, according to the New York Post Thursday.

John Walter, a former music professor at Queens Colleges Aaron Copland School of Music, was fired in 2016 over allegedly fake sexual harassment claims pressed by a student, the New York Post reported. However, he is now filing a suit against Queens College claiming the allegations are untrue. The professor argued that he was wrongfully terminated from the job and the school did not properly investigate the allegations.

The professor who was experiencing neck pains was allegedly voluntarily massaged by a student who claimed she had experience giving massages. However, the student later alleged that she was sexually harassed by Walter and forced into massaging him while he was laying down on a couch during private lessons at his home. The student claimed that Walter made “comments of a sexual nature during private lessons” at his home. (RELATED: Woman Breaks Into Ex-Hubbys House And Destroys 54 Violins)
