Our relationship with the two-piece suit is turning into a ménage a trois with the resurrection of the classic waistcoat. Wear the vest alone (and to a formal event, à la Ralph Lauren), or with a full suit (and feel like a badass).

Who wears short shorts? If youre a Brandon Maxwell or Longchamp woman, you do. Set your expectations high and keep your inseams higher with the newest versions of hot pants that are so tiny they might qualify as underwear.
