Manchester United defender Ashley Young insists he’s happy to stay at Old Trafford but will speak to the club if any offers come in for him.

The 32-year-old was frozen out last season but has worked his way back into Jose Mourinho’s plans this term and started in his favoured winger role against Liverpool on Saturday.

Young had a number of offers from the far-east last season but opted to stay at the Theatre of Dreams.

The former Aston Villa man is now a regular starter but, though he insists he’s happy at the club, Young says he will speak with Mourinho about any offers that come in.

‘Wherever the manager asks me to go and play, I give 100% percent as soon as I put on that United shirt,’ said Young.

‘I have been playing games and that is what the focus is on – playing well and doing well for the team.

‘If any offers come then the club will come and speak to me.’
