Liverpool and Arsenal are reportedly in a battle to sign Julian Draxler as Paris Saint-Germain prepare to sell the German World Cup winner.
Draxler, 24, signed a four-year deal with Ligue 1 heavyweights PSG last January but is already being linked with a move after a frustrating year in the French capital.

Having signed Neymar for a world record £198million and also secured a deal for Kylian Mbappe, PSG are under scrutiny to comply with UEFA’s Financial Fair Play Rules and may be forced to sell at least one of their first-team stars during the January transfer window.
According to the Daily Mirror, the club have decided that Draxler will be given an opportunity to move on, with Premier League rivals Liverpool and Arsenal alerted to the situation.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is said to be a huge admirer of his compatriot while Arsene Wenger and Arsenal have held interest in the winger for a number of years and looked into landing a deal last summer.
