How to cut round cheese such as camembert or brie
Avoid long, uneven slices – quarter the cheese then keep cutting in half to make sure each guest gets some of the gooey centre.
How to cut hard-rinded blocks such as Cheddar and Red Leicester
Cut lengthways in equal portions, then slice horizontally through the middle.
How to cut triangle cheese such as brie and stilton
Cut off the very end, then cut into long slices, so everyone gets to enjoy the softer cheese near the tip.
