LeBron James was on his way to throwing down a monster dunk on Wednesday night when he bailed mid-air to flip out on the referees over a call.
The Cleveland Cavaliers game against the Charlotte Hornets essentially served as a LeBron highlight reel. While most of his dunks likely made viewers jaws drop, this one probably had them laughing just as hard as the color commentary team.

James is often criticized for flipping out over play calls, but it would be pretty hard for even his most aggressive critics not to laugh at this one. Of course, the Internet had a hell of a time with the clip, which inspired some hilarious tweets.

However LeBrons no-dunk was far from the highlight of the evening. James finished with a casual 41 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists in the Cavs win over the Hornets in Charlotte. He also tied Michael Jordans all-time record of 866 straight games with 10 points or more.
