Scottie Pippen Had $50,000 Worth Of Farming Equipment Stolen

Breaking up then making up with Larsa Pippen may be the least of Scottie Pippens worries these days.

The NBA Hall Of Famer reportedly had a total of $50,000 worth of farming equipment stolen from his remote farm in Arkansas.

Pippen owns the farm with his brother in Hamburg, Arkansas, where the two grew up. Its about 110 miles from Little Rock and located in an extremely remote part of the state. Pippen also played basketball for the University of Central Arkansas.

According to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, the Pippens are offering $2500 for any tips or information about where their farming equipment may have gone. The Ashley County Sheriff have opened an ongoing investigation and area actively trying to recover the materials.

Its not immediately clear whether Pippen was at the farm when the equipment was stolen. He also works as a sports commentator for ESPN and has another residence in Florida.

And as unfortunate as this is, Ive got to hand it to Scottie Pippen. I respect his game. Hes not off with 14 different residences in hoitey toitey neighborhoods outside of New York and LA. Hes farming with his brother in Arkansas. And any guy whos cool with getting down in the dirt — whether theyre a superstar or not — is cool in my book. I hope he gets his equipment back.
