Will Meghan Markle Honor Prince Charles at Her Wedding by Wearing Shoes From This Designer?
Forget about Meghan Markle's wedding dress for a second, girl's gotta wear shoes and with outfit scrutiny even on he bridesmaids at Kate Middleton's nuptials, we wanna know what he bride-to-be has planned for her footwear.
The 2011 British Royal Wedding saw Aruna Seth shoot to fame after Pippa Middleton donned her heels and Freya Rose, who counts Kate Moss and Olivia Palermo as fans, thinks she might have an idea what Meghan will go for.
Funnily enough, she started her business with a small loan from the Prince's Trust, Prince's Charles scheme to help start-ups, so it would be a real support from Meghan to her Father-in-law if she opted for the London brand.
"I think that Meghan will ensure her wedding shoes are sophisticated, as when paired with a more resplendent dress, the shoes should be kept understated," Freya told POPSUGAR Middle East. "My opinion is that she will opt for a classic point or almond-toe court shoe with a fairly high heel, around 10 cm/4 inches, in a shade and material that matches the dress.
"That said, I would like to see her add something subtle but special to her shoes – an intricate design element such as an engraved or inlaid monogram for a really royal air, or a precious stone encrusted buckle or trim, adding a touch of glamour without being ostentatious."
"Greeting so many people throughout the day from heads of state to other members of the royal family, Meghan's shoes will have to be comfortable to ensure she is smiling, at ease and confident,: she said. "Meghan will choose a heel height she is used to, she normally wears round 100/110mm on her heel. On her wedding day Meghan will choose a heel height that is familiar to her so she can walk gracefully down the aisle in front of
millions of viewers around the world."
Makes sense. Eeeek! Not long now.
