NFL Star Sued After Trashing House Celebrating Super Bowl Victory – Here Are The Details

Philadelphia Eagles running back Jay Ajayi is allegedly getting sued for trashing a house he rented in Los Angeles following their teams Super Bowl victory.

According to TMZ, he stayed at the house after the Eagles won the Super Bowl at the beginning of February, and threw multiple parties against the owners wishes. According to the house owner, Ajayi “pushed [him] on [his] chest in a menacing and threatening manner” when he confronted the running back.

The same report said that the owner charges $5,000 per party, but Ajayi did not pay the $25,000 he owed for throwing five parties.

According to PhillyVoice:

“Ajayi reportedly told TMZ that he never laid a finger on the property owner, never damaged the property and never hosted a party there. According to Ajayi, the owner tried to force him and a friend to pay him in cash instead of going through Airbnb. He said he and his friend left the property early and paid the full rate, anyway.”

Ajayi spent the second half of the season with the Philadelphia Eagles after being traded on the deadline from the Miami Dolphins. He spent his first two full seasons with Miami. Back in 2015, which was the only season where he played in double digit games, he had 1,272 rushing yards and eight touchdowns.

The former Boise State running back has one year left on his rookie deal and will look to have a big season this year to warrant a long term contract, but hell have to prove he deserves it.
