Ari Fleischer: Dems Who Accused Kavanaugh Of Gang Rape Would Be Led Away By The Marshal In Court
Former White House press secretary Ari Fleischer tweeted a defense of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh on Sunday morning.
Fleischer, who worked alongside Kavanaugh during the George W. Bush administration, was responding to critics who suggested Kavanaughs visible anger — over allegations he repeatedly claimed to be false — proves that he does not have the temperament to sit on the Supreme Court.
The notion that Kavanaughs angry denial shows he doesnt have the temperment to be a good judge is a laughable in every direction. If someone in a courtroom accuses the judge of gang rape, the judge would tap their gavel and find the accuser in contempt of court.

Fleischer argued that, should someone accuse the judge of something like gang rape in open court, he would simply drop the gavel and hold the accuser in contempt. Applying that analogy further, he explained that claiming how Kavanaughs response would be relevant in court demands that one also look at the accusation in the context of the courtroom as well.
2/2 So if you want to pretend Kavanaughs actions took place in a court room, you should also conclude that all the D Senators in the “court room” should be led away by the marshal.
