Former Secretary of State and 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton showed up for a community sporting event at a high school in Virginia.
Clinton was spotted in the stands at James Madison High School for a community football game. A very bundled-up Clinton took selfies with students and wore black sunglasses for the event. Contacted by the Daily Caller, school officials didnt know why Clinton was on campus this weekend and said her presence at the moderately attended community football game was unexpected.
The school Twitter account posted images of Clinton with the students and in the stands.
“If you look closely, cradled in the group of Warhawks is Hillary Clinton, who was at Madison today to watch a football game,” the tweet said, “She took time to talk to our students and indulge them in a few photo sessions!”
