It looks like most of their restaurants will be shut for midnight celebration but many of them will be open during the hours prior and the hours after the fireworks.

When will KFC be open on New Years Eve and New Years Day?
Most KFC branches will be closing at 9pm or 10pm ahead of the celebrations on New Years Eve.

However many of the bigger restaurants are set to open their doors again in the early hours of New Years Day which means theres potential for you to buysome chicken for your journey home.
This does mean that a midnight KFC meal is unlikely unless you collect it extra early but most branches will then remain open for the rest of New Years day and return to their normal opening hours from Wednesday 2 January.
