Hijabi Model Halima Aden Has Extended Her Reign to the World of Fashion Design

Proving a true force of nature, hijabi supermodel Halima Aden has officially extended her reign to the world of design.

The 21-year-old has joined forces with online retailer Modanisa to create a collection of headscarves, which will be unveiled at Istanbul's Modest Fashion Week, which will take place from April 20 to April 21.

The limited-edition capsule collection will feature 27 unique pieces, each of which, have been designed alongside the cover star and fashion inspiration.

Aside from marking her fashion debut, Modansia x Halima is the first time that a fashion brand bears her name.
