Antonio Conte places Thorgan Hazard on Chelsea’s transfer wishlist
Chelsea are expressing a strong interest in Borussia Monchengladbach star Thorgan Hazard, according to reports in Germany.
The younger brother of Eden Hazard spent three years at Stamford Bridge from 2012 to 2015, but failed to make a first-team appearance for Chelsea and was sent on loan to both Zulte Waregem and Monchengladbach.

Hazard, 24, completed a permanent move to Monchengladbach in February 2015 and the Belgium international has since scored 16 goals in 69 Bundesliga appearances for the German outfit.
Bild suggest Chelsea are keen on re-signing Hazard and have placed the attacking midfielder on their transfer wishlist.
The Belgian’s younger brother, Kylian, sealed a move to Stamford Bridge last summer but is yet to make an appearance for Antonio Conte’s first-team.
Asked about recent transfer speculation [Thorgan] Hazard said: ‘If you play well in your club and help your team win, that makes one of course interesting for big clubs.
At the moment, only Borussia counts for me.
‘And that the club will qualify for Europe again.’
