Maraoune Fellaini confirms he rejected new Manchester United deal and admits he could leave Old Trafford
Manchester United midfielder Maraoune Fellaini says he’s unsure if he will stay at the club after confirming he turned down a contract offer to stay.
The 30-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season and is free to sign a pre-contract aggrement with overseas clubs in January.
Jose Mourinho is keen on keeping the Belgian and the club were confident that Fellaini would agree to a new £100,000-a-week deal.
However, the midfielder has confirmed he rejected the club’s initial offer and says he’s unsure if he would accept a second one.
‘Man United made me a contract proposal and I think they will make an another one,’ Fellaini told HUMO.
‘I don’t know yet if I’ll accept it – we will see. I have talked about it with Mourinho. He respects his players’ decisions.’

Should Fellaini reject the club’s next offer then he could be sold in the January transfer window.
United signed Fellaini for £27.5m from Everton in 2013 but he has lucrative offers on the table from China and Turkey.
